According to Neiry’s page, Panov has a background in game development and marketing over 17 years of experience. Panov’s mission is to advance a human — AI symbiosis. Therefore, Neiry Lab promises to publish their experimental results in scientific journals also. The lab is based in Russia, at Moscow State University.
